Position:
HR Manager / Executive Business Partner (Internship)

This is a role for someone who wants to be part of something from the ground up. You'll work directly with the Founder of Salyant Ltd (UK) and play an active role in setting up HR operations, recruitment, coordination, and communication processes across multiple functions.

If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership — this will give you real startup experience, not a routine desk internship.


What You'll Actually Do:
Write and post internship listings across LinkedIn, Internshala, and other platforms.

Screen applicants, shortlist, and schedule interviews.

Handle onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking.

Coordinate between interns working in other roles (Web, Research, Marketing, etc.).

Maintain HR trackers, reports, and communication systems using Google Sheets / Notion.

Work alongside the Founder to design and refine HR processes for a growing organisation.


Who You Are:
Currently pursuing or have completed
BBA / MBA / HR / Management or related studies.
Great at organisation, communication, and follow-up.

Responsible and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Based in India and interested in gaining real,
international startup experience.
You'll get exposure to how things actually work — setting up systems, coordinating people, and creating the foundation for a real UK-based company.
