About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, AI-first mindset professional to support end-to-end HR processes and contribute to building a strong employee experience. This role offers hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and people analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively drive employee engagement through end-to-end coordination of events, learning initiatives, and internal communication campaigns, fostering a positive work culture.
Leverage data-driven HR practices by maintaining and analyzing dashboards on people metrics to generate actionable insights for leadership.
Manage end-to-end coordination for employee insurance processes, LMS portal administration, and background verification (BGV) activities, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and compliance with internal policies.
Support seamless onboarding by coordinating documentation, system access, ID creation, and induction processes, ensuring a smooth and positive new hire experience.
Assist in recruitment by supporting sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Enhance candidate experience and contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and digital storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fresh graduates in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or related fields.
Energetic and confident personality with a strong ownership mindset, capable of taking initiative and driving tasks independently.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR tech platforms or curiosity to explore tools like Zoho, ChatGPT, etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; comfort with digital collaboration tools.
Eagerness to embrace AI in HR and contribute to smarter ways of working.
Preferred Criteria (Nice to Have):
Male candidates preferred due to role-specific operational requirements.
