Internship Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Interns to join our Pune team. This internship offers real-world exposure to the recruitment lifecycle, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR. The internship is for 3 months (unpaid) with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing

Maintain and update internal candidate databases

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams

Support in creating job descriptions and posting job ads

Assist in onboarding and other HR administrative tasks

Participate in team meetings and recruitment strategy discussions

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Management, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research

Availability to work from our Pune office (onsite) for the full internship duration
