About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated HR Intern who is passionate about people, culture, and helping build strong teams. You will work closely with the founders and hiring team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR operations. This is an in-office role, giving you hands-on exposure to how HR functions inside a fast-growing AI startup.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection processes
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture initiatives
  • Draft job descriptions, maintain hiring trackers, and manage application pipelines
  • Support HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth internal communication and workflow
  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks
