Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Specialist located in Pune. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for arranging and managing travel plans, handling business travel requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include organizing travel accommodations, assisting customers with travel-related queries, managing travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

  • Experience in handling Business Travel
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in Pune
  • Proficiency in travel management software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field
