Job Title: Senior Corporate Travel Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Travel Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of our Online Booking Tool (OBT) platform for corporate clients.

You will manage project timelines, client expectations, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. As a bridge between clients, internal operations, and our technology partner, you will act as a liaison for product enhancements, issue resolution, and new feature requests. You will also customize workflows and functionalities in the OBT to align with client-specific travel policies and requirements.

Furthermore, you will drive integration of the OBT with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), payment gateways, expense tools, and client Human Resources/Enterprise Resource Planning (HR/ERP) systems. Your goal will be to ensure timely response and resolution of operational issues to improve user satisfaction.

You will track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously optimize OBT performance and usability. Additionally, you will support our Sales and Account Management teams by demonstrating OBT capabilities to prospective and existing clients.Key Requirements:

We require an individual with 8-12 years of experience in Corporate Travel / TMC / Travel Technology with strong exposure to OBTs (e.g., Concur, Cytric, GetThere, Neo, or equivalent).

A proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and client implementation is essential. A strong understanding of GDS systems, mid-office, and payment integrations is also required.

You must have the ability to translate client requirements into system configurations and workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work with CXO-level clients and technology partners.

Tech-savvy, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is a must. PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an added advantage.
