Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Marketing and Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the interior design domain. The role involves on-ground marketing activities, lead generation, and direct sales efforts to promote interior design services to homeowners, builders, architects, and other stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, understands consumer behavior, and is passionate about design and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential clients (homeowners, real estate developers, etc.) to pitch interior design services within Bangalore location.
  • Conduct on-site meetings to understand client requirements and promote company offerings.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients after understanding their design and budget preferences.
  • Coordinate with the in-house design team.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Distribute flyers, brochures, and other marketing material in targeted locations (e.g., residential societies, commercial hubs).
  • Build partnerships with real estate agents, builders, and architects for lead generation.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground activations to showcase the brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in interiors, home improvement).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work on-ground extensively.
  • Basic understanding of interior design concepts is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
