
Sales Manager – Inside Sales

Experience Required: 1–3 years (B2B Inside Sales / Lead Generation)
Shift: International (US/Europe/APAC markets depending on assignment)
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential hospital, clinic, and healthcare decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Administrators) across international markets.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Use prospecting tools like Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Cognism, or similar databases to find accurate contact details.
Conduct telecalling and email campaigns to schedule demos for the sales team.
Educate prospects about ELI Health's EMR/HIS solutions, highlighting compliance, efficiency, and patient-care benefits.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in international inside sales / B2B lead generation.
Excellent English communication skills (clear pronunciation is critical).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator + lead enrichment tools (Lusha/Apollo/ZoomInfo/Cognism).
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Ability to work in international time zones (night shift for US/Canada, afternoon/evening for Europe/UK).

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
