Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic
sales team at Eka. care. As an Inside Sales Specialist at , you will play a crucial role in
driving revenue growth and promoting our healthcare products. This is an excellent opportunity
for a highly skilled individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the
healthcare sector, product selling, or revenue-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential customers to identify their needs and
provide suitable product solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team at to achieve revenue targets and contribute to
the overall growth of the organization.
- Effectively communicate 's product features, benefits, and pricing to potential
customers.
- Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market demands to
adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer
interactions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams at to strategize and execute promotional
campaigns and generate leads.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand 's
network and build relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and
driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry or experience in selling healthcare-related
products is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively
present 's product offerings.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and win new business.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales
goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales
activities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive
work culture at
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges and learn about 's

- Time management and organszational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
