Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Business Development Manager for our prime Vendor US Staffing division, based in Noida. This is a full-time, senior-level position ideal for candidates with 7 to 10 years of experience in business development. The role demands strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a profound understanding of staffing and recruiting in the US market.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management (Mandatory skill), with a track record of developing strong, enduring partnerships with prime vendor -US Staffing
- Proven ability in business development strategy, driving growth and expansion within competitive industries.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for managing client interactions and data analysis to optimize business operations.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with vendors and clients.
- Knowledge of vendor management to optimize vendor performance and align with business objectives.
- In-depth understanding of US employment law to ensure compliance and manage risks effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing market research tools to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and provide insights-driven solutions.
- Exceptional proposal writing skills to clearly articulate business offerings, value propositions, and tailored solutions to clients.

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and manage the business development team to drive productivity, performance, and successful client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts aligning with company policies and objectives while ensuring compliance with US employment laws.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless integration and delivery of services across various domains.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain an edge over competitors.
- Prepare and present proposals and business plans, showcasing Crox Consulting's advantages and tailored solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive positioning in the marketplace.
