Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Develop and present business proposals.
- Identify strategic projects to pursue based on company objectives.
- Evaluate potential projects for alignment with company capabilities and goals.
- Prepare tailored and compelling proposals for identified projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English writing skills.
- Previous experience on platforms like Upwork is preferred.
