Role

To lead the sales strategy for creating the sales & business strategy for growth, plan and monitor the execution.
Also plan the GTM strategy for entry into new/existing markets with new vehicle -L2-5 Category Electric Vehicle ( 3Wheeler & 2Wheeler)

A purpose driven role for you

Go-To-Market Plans for new vehicle L2-5 Category Electric Vehicles
- Identification of opportunities for EVs in market, creation of a
complete end-to-end GTM plans in existing markets & new markets.
- End-to-end GTM plans including sales strategy, service strategy, market entry plan, marketing plan, distribution plan, building capabilities through hiring, compliance and consumer proposition
through B2B & B2C model.
Sales Strategy
- Charting out a clear Sales strategy for the financial year
- Identifying opportunities & levers for business growth in the existing
markets
- Creating strategic plans for the short & medium terms
- End to end distribution planning, network expansion & other key
metrics of distribution.
Launch B2B Fleet & Operations
Launching and execution of fleet operations for B2B clients.
Business Case & Financials
- Creation of business case for electric vehicle business
Product Planning & Consumer Insights
- Responsible for product comparison, price positioning, price
recommendations and holistic proposal of product/Pricing & Distribution
- Lead various research projects related to consumers, products & be
responsible for deriving key insights with respect to electric vehicles

A Day in the life

Successful launch of new vehicle category EVs in identified
geographies. Achievement of goals set out in business plan for EVs
Achievement against set out timelines of these strategic business
plans.
Successful Launch & fleet operations as per the business model
Creation of business cases for Market Entry
Completion of pricing proposals, research projects & associated deliverables

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE Engineering MBA/PGDM
7 years

Technical Skills/Knowledge

In-depth understanding of the automotive
Landscape in India
-Good understating of financials, business plans & financial metrics
- Exposure to B2B dealings, and fleet operations of EVs

Behavioural Skills

Ability to work across CFTs, Business Acumen, good interpersonal skills, ability to manage complex situations, out of the box thinker, innovator, creative and a team player
