About Edzy

Edzy is a gamified AI tutor built for CBSE/NCERT students in India (Classes 6–12). We're redefining how students learn, revise, and prepare for exams through engaging digital tools like revision guides, formula sheets, worksheets, flashcards, and gamified learning features. We're now looking for a Growth Manager to scale Edzy's reach and presence across digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving Edzy's brand awareness, community engagement, and organic growth across social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and YouTube. The role requires a mix of creative strategy, digital marketing expertise, and brand building, with a strong focus on connecting with students in innovative, relatable ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Brainstorm and define Edzy's positioning in the student community.
  • Craft compelling narratives that make Edzy the go-to platform for CBSE students.
  • Content Planning & Execution
  • Plan channel-specific content calendars for Instagram, WhatsApp Channel, Telegram Group, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Ensure high relevance and resonance with student audiences.
  • YouTube Shorts & Video Growth
  • Build and maintain Edzy's YouTube Shorts presence.
  • Use Gen AI tools to create engaging daily video content aligned with trending formats.
  • Mascot & Brand Identity
  • Ideate and conceptualize Edzy's brand mascot/character.
  • Ensure consistent mascot-driven branding across all communication channels.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is expert in branding, storytelling, and narration.
  • Has proven experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
  • Understands youth culture, memes, and trends that resonate with Indian students.
  • Can creatively leverage AI and automation tools to scale content production.
  • Has a strong growth mindset with the ability to experiment, measure, and adapt quickly.
