Role Description
We're hiring a
Growth Officer (Founding Team)
to join us full-time in Gurugram.
This is a cross-functional role where you'll work directly with the founder and own key parts of sales, client success, and growth operations. You'll be hands-on in driving revenue, building client relationships, executing campaigns, and shaping strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategies and onboard new clients
- Manage client success and ensure measurable results
- Identify opportunities for growth and business partnerships
- Conduct market research and analyze data for decision-making
- Manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional tasks
- Experiment, learn, and contribute to scaling the business
Qualifications
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in
Sales / Business Development / Marketing - Strong problem-solving and project management ability
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with innovative, strategic thinking
- Prior startup or early-team experience is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
