As a Regional Recruitment Manager at M Square Media (MSM), you will play a crucial role in the company's international student recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting market analysis and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. - Marketing university assignments and establishing positive relationships with counselors and consultants. - Conducting presentations, seminars, and implementing digital strategies to maximize student recruitment. - Working towards meeting financial goals through effective recruitment strategies. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with high-level executives. - Have experience in international education, higher education, or information technology. - Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
