• Leadership Excellence
- Accompanies Sales Officers on market visits to mentor and drive performance.
- Trains Sales Managers through Train-the-Trainer (TOT) to build leadership capabilities.
- Ensures every team member meets their targets and grows professionally.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve career growth within the organization.
•Communication Skills
- Clearly explain customized schemes to dealers, ensuring buy-in.
- Persuade and influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products, securing maximum counter share.
- Train and mentor the team to communicate effectively with dealers and stakeholders

Profitability Focus
- Drives strategies to maximize revenue and margins.
• Dynamic and Visionary Approach
- Bring youthful energy, fresh ideas, and a big-picture mindset to the role.
