  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve career growth within the organization.


•Communication Skills

  • Clearly explain customized schemes to dealers, ensuring buy-in.
  • Persuade and influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products, securing maximum counter share.
  • Train and mentor the team to communicate effectively with dealers and stakeholders
