Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify and research potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases.
- Conduct in-depth market research to discover new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
- Qualify leads based on business fit and potential requirements.
Maintain and regularly update the lead database for accuracy and outreach tracking.
Sales Development & Client Acquisition
Pitch company products and services to qualified leads and prospective clients in the B2B segment.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
- Drive B2B sales by targeting specific industries and company verticals.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel until closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Relationship Management & Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by working closely with internal departments.
Serve as a point of contact to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales techniques.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience in using Lusha and ZoomInfo for lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho CRM for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
