Business Development Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Fresher) to help our company grow. The role includes finding new clients, following up on leads, and maintaining records through our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, or online platforms.
- Explain company products or services to customers.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM software.
- Follow up with clients regularly to build and maintain relationships.
- Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead or sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Willingness to learn CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
