**Qualifications**: M. Sc Microbiology / Biotechnology

**Experience**: 3-5 years in the field of Biofertilizer production stream (including culture maintenance, instruments handling, production supervision, lab record keeping)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Monitoring and quality control**: Ensuring the proper production of biofertilizer by monitoring the fermentation process, maintaining the required conditions (temperature, humidity, PH etc.), and performing quality checks on the final product.

**Product Testing and Analysis**: Conducting lab tests to asses the effectiveness and purity of the biofertilizers. This includes evaluating microbial activity, nutrient content, and shelf life.

**Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:Offering technical support to the production team to resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet industry standards and specifications.

**Research and Development Assistance**: Assisting in R&D activities to develop new biofertilizer products or improve existing formulations. This may involve experimenting with different microbial strains or ingredients.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Maintaining detailed records of production processes, testing results, and any deviations from standard procedures. Preparing reports for internal teams and regulatory compliance.

**Compliance with Regulations**:Ensuring that the products of biofertilizers complies with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards. This may involve following guidelines for handling and disposing of biological agents and chemicals

**Collaboration with External Stakeholders**: Working with suppliers, customers, and external partners to enhance product quality and promote the benefits of biofertilizers.
