Job Description – Marketing Operations Lead:
Location:
Hyderabad, India
Reports to:
Head – Brand, Content & Communications
Experience:
4–6 years (Hospitality, Luxury Events, Corporate Marketing, or Agency background preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Market Development:
- Conduct structured
market research
to identify new business opportunities across corporates, GCCs, embassies, UHNIs, and startups. - Develop and maintain a
pipeline of leads
through targeted outreach, strategic networking, and effective cold calling. - Support pitching TCL's service offerings persuasively to decision-makers (CXOs, diplomats, HR/learning heads) along with the Sales Head.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pre-event briefs aligned with TCL brand aesthetics.
2. Marketing & Brand Operations
- Manage day-to-day
social media content coordination
with the creative agency for campaign rollouts and daily engagement, and event coverage & IP content publishing as per brand TCL SOP standards. - Ensure
brand guidelines and aesthetics
are consistent across digital and offline touchpoints (presentations, invites, collaterals, decor, standees, etc). - Support
on-ground branding collateral placement, client engagement, client servicing
during corporate events and activations.
3. Event Support & Engagement
- Handle
pre-event and post-event communications
with clients (POs, receipts, invoices, checklists, service feedback, follow-ups). - Be present at TCL experiences to manage
live storytelling, content capture, and client engagement
. - Coordinate with chefs, cultural partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
4. Reporting & Feedback Loops
- Track campaign performance (social, PR, outreach) and generate monthly marketing reports.
- Provide structured feedback from clients and events to refine TCL's offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
in marketing, client servicing, or sales operations (luxury, hospitality, or experiential industries preferred). - Strong
communication and pitching skills
(verbal & written). - Comfortable with
cold calling and client outreach
at the CXO/embassy level. - Familiarity with
social media platforms
(IG, LinkedIn, YT) and content tools. - Good eye for
design and brand aesthetics
(working knowledge of Canva/PowerPoint is a must). - Ability to multitask between
on-the-spot smart-executions and strategic pitch-marketing planning,
in a fast-paced, premium environment.
