Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist - Corporate Insurance
Location: Mumbai and Bengaluru

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our corporate insurance sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential corporate clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and setting up appointments for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving business growth by providing qualified leads and supporting the sales process remotely. The role offers in depth training on the corporate insurance and hence offers a great career building opportunity for young professionals who want do develop deep domain understanding of general insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research:
Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Utilize digital channels, emails, and phone calls to engage and qualify leads for the sales team.
Appointment Setting & Customer Engagement:
Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects remotely.
Persuasively communicate the value of corporate insurance solutions and secure appointments for the sales team.
Sales Support:
Provide detailed insights and research to the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.
Ensure all lead information is accurately captured in CRM systems, supporting effective follow-ups and tracking.
CRM & Data Management:
Accurately update CRM systems with customer interactions, lead status, and relevant details.
- Track and monitor lead progress, ensuring that opportunities are not missed.
Eligibility:
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or telecalling (freshers with strong communication skills also encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of corporate insurance products and services.
- Certified Broker Qualified Person (BQP) required; must pass within 30 days if not certified.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments while maintaining a high level of detail and customer focus.
