A leading mid-tier consulting and CA firm, seeks a CA-qualified internal audit leader with 10+ years consulting exposure, strong governance expertise, client management skills, and ability to deliver risk-based audits while contributing to business development initiatives.

Position: Associate Director (Internal Audit) .

Reports to Senior Partners / Directors

Location: Delhi

Mandatory:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 10+ years post qualification, primarily in internal audit.

Work days : 6 days a week ( 2 Saturdays off in a month)

Notice period: Immediate preferred (Allowed up to 25 days max)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute risk-based annual audit plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of operational, financial, and compliance risks effectively.
  • Lead internal audit engagements end-to-end, documenting controls, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and driving remediation with client stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor audit teams, strengthen governance frameworks, present clear reports to CXOs, and support business development opportunities through client engagement.
  • The role calls for Collaboration with CXOs, finance, operations, compliance teams.

  • Controls testing & compliance design.

Specialist skills:

  • Client stakeholder management & communication.
  • Report writing & remediation driving.
