About the Role

As Associate Director – HRBP India, you'll drive strategic organization planning, leadership and talent development, and foster a high-performance culture across a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams

Drive succession planning, talent development, and capability building

Embed a culture of servant leadership, inclusion, and growth mindset

Collaborate with global and regional COEs (L&D, Total Rewards, ID&E)

Lead SOP and ASR processes aligned with business imperatives

Champion well-being and diversity initiatives

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive HR experience

Strong strategic acumen, leadership influence & organizational agility

Proven experience in complex matrix environments

MBA or equivalent preferred

Passion for healthcare and innovation-driven cultures
