Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Associate Director Event Services. The Associate Director Event Services will be responsible for planning and managing events, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing all event-related activities. This includes budgeting, event management, and liaising with clients to ensure all requirements are met to the highest standards. The role requires coordination with various departments and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Budgeting skills to effectively manage event costs
- Sales skills to promote and close event sales
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field
