We are looking for in search of a strategic and experienced SAP Basis Associate Director to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our SAP Basis landscape, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and align with our business goals. Your deep understanding of SAP architecture will guide your decisions as you implement best practices and innovative solutions to support our clients' needs.

As an Associate Director, you will lead a talented team of SAP Basis professionals, driving projects related to system installations, upgrades, and performance enhancements. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP Basis operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of SAP systems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of SAP Basis solutions across various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions and enhance system functionality.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives to optimize the SAP landscape and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and skills enhancement.
  • Manage system maintenance, upgrades, and migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including system architecture and operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 14-20 years of experience in SAP Basis administration and management roles.
  • Proven expertise in SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and overall SAP functionality.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex SAP projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
