We are looking for an experienced
Associate Director
with a strong mix of sectoral experience and proven team-management skills. The ideal candidate will lead multiple client accounts, guide teams, and drive strategic PR initiatives with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client portfolios across mixed verticals.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR plans.
  • Mentor and supervise account teams for high-quality delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide strategic counsel.
  • Oversee media relations, content approvals, and campaign execution.
  • Support new business pitches and proposals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of PR/communications experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and work across multiple accounts.
