Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, ensuring successful rollout of financial modules and integration with existing systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions, enhancing financial reporting and controlling processes.
- Provide guidance and support for functional design, system configuration, and testing of SAP FICO solutions.
- Work collaboratively with finance and accounting teams to optimize the SAP FICO system and improve financial processes.
- Maintain documentation related to processes and system configurations and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring a thorough understanding of SAP FICO functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, especially within an SAP context.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO projects, with a focus on user training and system support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with finance teams and stakeholders.
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
