Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Warehouse Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory processes, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating order fulfillment, maintaining high operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless delivery processes, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage warehouse teams.
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Expertise in Inventory Control to manage stock levels, prevent discrepancies, and maintain accuracy.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and logistics software is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
