We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations, with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions aligning with business needs.
  • Define best practices and ensure adherence to Salesforce standards across projects.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on technical design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee data modeling, security models, and integration architecture.
  • Manage performance optimization, code review, and deployment strategy.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce product releases and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce platform features.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
  • Experience in integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Good understanding of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Salesforce Technical Architect / Application Architect / System Architect certifications preferred.
