About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Xtramiles — a global courier and export shipping aggregator. You'll be the bridge between our brand and potential clients, helping them understand how Xtramiles can simplify their international shipping and scale their business.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients (B2B/e-commerce sellers/exporters) via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Explain Xtramiles' shipping services, pricing, and value proposition effectively.
Convert leads into active clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence to handle B2B conversations independently.
Basic understanding of logistics, courier, or e-commerce sector (preferred).
