Role Overview

Oliveboard is seeking a Growth Associate to drive early-stage traction for its new exam initiatives

through structured experimentation and insight-led execution. The ideal candidate has strong

problem-solving ability, basic marketing sense, and a mindset with AI tools to accelerate workflows.

This role is about 0→1 execution — testing creative GTM ideas, understanding user behavior, and

shaping repeatable growth loops.

Key Responsibilities

 Research and understand the market and target audience segments, needs, motivations, and

online behavior.

 Design and run fast experiments to validate early traction (through content, communities,

influencers, affiliate campaigns, etc.).

 Design and execute 0→1 GTM strategies for new categories — including narrative

positioning, channel selection, audience activation, and rapid experimentation, with clear

measurement and iteration cycles.

 Use AI tools to automate content creation, repurposing, messaging variations, data

summarization, and workflows.

 Develop out-of-the-box ideas to gain early traction for new initiatives.

 Build, nurture and engage with student communities on online platforms like

Telegram/WhatsApp/Forums, etc.

 Collaborate with recent rankers, faculty, and micro-influencers to establish early trust

anchors.

 Track experiment outcomes and document what works → what repeats → what scales.

Required Skills

 Comfortable using and learning AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Midjourney,

etc.).

 Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

 Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insight.

 Basic understanding of market research and how audiences behave online (YouTube,

Telegram, WhatsApp, Forums, etc.).

 Ability to work with ambiguity and self-manage tasks independently.

 Strong sense of ownership and curiosity — focused on understanding why things work, not

just what to do.
