Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Executive. In this role, the Growth Executive will be responsible for client acquisition, developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships. The role also involves assessing market trends, collaborating with creative teams to align marketing initiatives, and driving measurable results for the agency's growth-oriented goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client acquisition, business development, and implementing growth strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, paid ads, and social media strategies
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities
- Collaborative team player with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with branding, content creation, and marketing automation tools is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with relevant experience in similar roles
- Experience in a digital agency environment is a plus
