DevLabs Hiring: Talent Acquisition Associate (IT)

We are looking for a motivated
Talent Acquisition Associate (IT)

who is passionate about hiring and enjoys connecting great talent with the right opportunities. This role offers the chance to work closely with stakeholders, manage full-cycle recruitment, and contribute directly to our growing organization.

Location: Noida (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Role Type: Full-time

What we are looking for:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in handling full time and contractual positions.
  • Familiarity with contractual terms.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
  • Candidate should have upto 2 years of experience in hiring.
  • Candidates with notice period of Immediate to 30 days will be considered.
  • Should have experience with MS-Office.
  • Should have experience with the job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of vendor and stakeholder coordination
  • C2C hiring experience
