Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and agencies).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and induction activities.
