Salary Range: INR 300,000 – 500,000 annually

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to lead recruitment efforts for technical professionals in the infrastructure and construction consultancy sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects across India—spanning Roads & Highways, Bridges, Railways, Water & Wastewater, and Irrigation—are staffed with the right expertise at the right time.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in talent acquisition within construction consultancy firms, with proven success in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding professionals for government-funded and large-scale EPC/PMC projects. Familiarity with the INFRACON portal and experience working with state and central government tenders will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including Civil Engineers, Structural Experts, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Professionals, and Site Engineers.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with project-specific manpower needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical, Project, Proposal, and Tendering teams to understand staffing requirements for bids and ongoing projects.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels: LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and the company's internal portal.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool database of professionals qualified under INFRACON and other government empanelment systems.
  • Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding process to ensure readiness for project mobilization and proposal submission timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor practices to stay ahead in talent sourcing and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within construction consultancy firms.
  • Strong understanding of technical qualifications and roles in infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in hiring for government-funded, EPC, and PMC consultancy projects.
  • Practical knowledge of platforms such as INFRACON, CPPP, GeM, Tenderwizard, and similar systems.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
