Job Description:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment to help us source, attract, and engage top talent across IT and Non-IT roles. If you are a driven professional with experience in sourcing candidates and a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:


Source and identify candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other platforms.


Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, interests, and cultural fit.


Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and company culture.


Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.


Manage recruitment pipelines efficiently to meet hiring targets.


Use creative strategies to source passive candidates.


Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role, ideally within both IT and Non-IT recruitment.

-Strong familiarity with different job boards

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

-Knowledge of IT and Non-IT job roles and industries is a plus.
