Company Description

The GRC Group was founded in 1999 and has built a strong reputation through its pioneering work with leading architects to create high-end homes, villas, commercial complexes, and hospitals in Bangalore. The company evolved into an independent developer with the successful residential project GR Vistas and continued to establish a reputation for creating sustainable, eco-friendly, and economically viable Healthy Homes based on intelligent design and green architecture principles. Currently, GRC Group is involved in planning and developing multiple large residential projects in Bangalore.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head at GRC Infra, located in Bengaluru. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and directing all business operations, strategy development, project management, and ensuring business growth. Daily tasks include managing teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, guiding project execution, handling budgeting and financial planning, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business management, strategy development, and leadership
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent budgeting, financial planning, and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
