Job Title: Business Head Laptop Refurbishment Unit
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 10+ years in electronics or IT hardware industry
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive refurbishment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Drive business growth through market expansion, partnerships, and operational excellence.
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end refurbishment processes including diagnostics, repair, quality assurance, and packaging.
- Establish and maintain SOPs for refurbishment and inventory control.
- Ensure Cost Control
Ensure Productivity
Team & Vendor Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams including technicians, logistics, and sales.
Manage vendor relationships for sourcing parts and disposal of e-waste.
Compliance & Sustainability
Ensure adherence to e-waste management regulations and sustainable practices.
Implement quality standards and safety protocols across the unit.
Financial Oversight
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization plans.
- Monitor KPIs and drive profitability.
Qualifications
- MBA & Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, refurbishment techniques, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with e-waste regulations and circular economy principles.
