Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business Development located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, driving sales, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will lead and develop the business development team and establish strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Account Management
  • Strong Business Development skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the construction or related industries is advantageous
