Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a foundational role perfect for someone who is eager to build a successful career in sales. You'll receive comprehensive training on our product, our industry, and proven sales methodologies, setting you up for rapid advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission will be to lay the groundwork for new business relationships. You will be responsible for:
· Lead Generation: Researching, identifying, and building a pipeline of potential clients in target markets.
· Outreach & Prospecting: Conducting high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest.
· Product Knowledge: Becoming a product expert to articulate our value proposition clearly and confidently.
· Booking Meetings: Successfully scheduling initial meetings and product demonstrations for Senior Account Executives.
· Team Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing and senior sales teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
Qualifications
We're looking for potential and drive, not necessarily years of experience
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Attitude: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable speaking with business professionals.
· Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or quick aptitude for learning new sales and marketing software.
· Bonus: Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail or customer service) is a plus
