About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying sales opportunities: Using tactics like cold-calling and building mailing lists to find new sales opportunities
- Understanding customer needs: Listening to customer questions and providing knowledgeable answers to encourage sales
- Lead generation: Responsible for generating leads and nurturing them until they can close a sale or pass them on to another team member.
- Identifying potential leads within the target market
- Qualifying leads: Determining if a lead is a good fit for the product or service being offered
- Negotiating sales terms: Identifying solutions that best address customers' needs and articulating the value
- Providing product demonstrations: Explaining technical features and suggesting related and new items
- Maintaining an organized workspace: Filing documents, updates, and product information for easy access

Qualifications:

- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
