**About Us**:
**Job Overview**:
The Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team with client communications, and helping convert inquiries into successful business. This role is key to bridging marketing and sales by identifying customer needs and coordinating product-related information and quotations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations (wood/metal sheets, finishes, specifications, etc.).
- Coordinate with the outside sales and operations team to ensure timely product information, quotes, and order processing.
- Prepare and send quotations, follow up on the same, and support in closing deals.
- Maintain CRM records and track all customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations, samples, and sales documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and outbound calling (cold calling when required).
- Handle customer objections, and route technical queries to relevant internal teams.
- Regularly update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales/pre-sales, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or industrial products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge or interest in materials like wood panels, laminates, MDF, steel, or aluminum sheets is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,251.61 - ₹30,667.78 per month
