**Job Description for Inside Sales Representative**

Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with prospective and existing clients. You will leverage your communication skills and technical knowledge to promote our range of IT hardware products and solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Product Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest IT hardware products, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical departments to coordinate sales strategies and initiatives.
- **Achievement of Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Proven Sales Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the IT hardware industry or related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT hardware products and components.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features, benefits, and solutions effectively.
- **Sales Drive**: Motivated by targets and goals, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and drive revenue.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- **Adaptability**: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
