Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect new customers through research, cold calling, and lead generation.
2. Build relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell products or services.
4. Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their pain points and offer tailored solutions.
5. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals.
6. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
7. Collaborate with sales teams to share best practices, industry insights, and customer feedback.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product/service offerings.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and priorities.
Pay: ₹12,152.54 - ₹20,000.00 per month
