Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at WeAssemble, you will play a critical role in generating new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing them into long-term business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a strong sales acumen to make an impact in the IT industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Product/Service Presentations**: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to showcase WeAssemble’s IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
- ** Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ** Sales Pipeline Management**: Accurately track all sales activities in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- ** Negotiation & Closing**: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals, negotiate pricing, and overcome objections to secure business.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales processes.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, sales forecast, and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (such as software development, cloud solutions, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
- Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Immediate availability for joining.
