Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources Recruitment located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires developing and implementing HR policies, liaising with various departments, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in improving overall HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management experience
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and practices
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with different departments
  • Experience in Employee Relations management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
