Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Coimbatore South. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions for various company. They will coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant platforms. Additionally, the recruiter will conduct background checks, extend job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing and Screening: Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Strong interviewing skills and the ability to make sound hiring decisions
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordination: Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Background Checks and Onboarding: Experience in conducting background checks and managing the onboarding process
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools
