Our team comprises experienced Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Developers, providing excellent service across various regions including India, Canada, United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, ensuring the effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be tasked with performance management, training and development programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.QualificationsExtensive experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention practicesStrong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and ComplianceProficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Training & DevelopmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and lead a team effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the IT industry and Technical Recruitment is a plus
