Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and working knowledge of HR Operations. The role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth. The candidate will also assist in maintaining HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments — from understanding job requirements to onboarding the selected candidate.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and interview structures.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely feedback.
- Negotiate offers, finalize compensation structures, and handle pre-offer and offer release formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate databases.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Lead or support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness) and present hiring reports to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
HR Operations (Secondary Focus):
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HRMS data management.
- Coordinate with payroll and operations teams for new joiner inputs and exit formalities.
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience letters, etc.).
- Participate in employee engagement, HR audits, and policy implementation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in volume hiring, lateral recruitment, and niche role closures.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and ATS systems.
