About the Role: The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the HR Senior Executive in various human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations. This role involves administrative support, coordination of HR processes, and assisting in employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist the HR Senior Executive with daily HR tasks and administrative duties.


• Support recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.


• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.


• Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.


• Assist in payroll administration and benefits management coordination.


• Support employee relations by answering queries and facilitating communication between employees and HR management.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies under the guidance of the Senior Executive.


• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.


• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


• Assist in improving HR processes and administrative efficiencies as directed by the HR Senior Executive.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.


• Previous experience or internship in an HR support role is a plus.


• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor legislation.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
